SceneSmith Local Qwen Unified Articulated Smoke Test

This run verifies that a locally deployed Qwen2.5-VL model can drive SceneSmith through the OpenAI-compatible chat-completions path and call our unified articulated asset library. It is deliberately marked as a smoke test because the retrieved asset was later removed by SceneSmith physics.

Diagnosis
API and SceneSmith integration are now usable. The remaining blocker is asset retrieval and physical stability, not MiniMax/API compatibility.

Scene Evidence

SceneSmith floor plan render
Floor-plan checkpoint used for the furniture-stage resume.
Top render observed by SceneSmith before furniture placement
Initial observed room render. The final exported scene is also empty because physics removed the placed asset as fallen furniture.
