PAct README EXR Fix Probe

沿着“为什么全是 fixed”继续往前追后,我们定位到真正根因:CLI 数据集用 `imageio` 读取 `*_mask.exr` 时把多标签 part-id mask 读成了二值图。修复为 `cv2.imread(..., IMREAD_UNCHANGED)` 后,官方 README 路线在 `Table_door_002` 上恢复导出 `base + door + 2 drawers` 的 4 节点结构树,关节类型也恢复成 `revolute / prismatic`。

Table_door_002 post-fix README probe

这次 probe 的价值不在于挑了一个漂亮样例,而在于把“全部 fixed”这个症状彻底追到了根因。修复 `.exr` 读取后,同样是官方 README 命令,同样是 released real-world example,导出树从 `single fixed base` 恢复成了 `base + door + 2 drawers`,视频首尾差也恢复到 16.1。

viewer 默认加载修复后导出的 `door` 对应 `part_1.glb`。重点不是它的几何精度有多高,而是:现在导出链已经重新产出了真正可动的 articulated structure。
